Are your formulations professional quality?


Yes, we carry a full line of professional quality cosmetics. Our team of developers and makeup artists work together to constantly review, revise and improve our formulations. The products that we carry are manufactured according to our exacting specifications. We are always comparing our products to other brands in the industry in order to maintain the highest quality of cosmetics on the market. We feel very strongly that you will be impressed by our products. We encourge you to try them and give us your feedback.




Are your products tested on animals?


No, none of our products have been or will ever be tested on animals. Our products are cruelty free and vegan (with the exception of some products that contain beeswax or lanolin).




Can i get express shipping if i need my order urgently?


In general, we ship all orders using standard UPS Ground or USPS Ground. In some circumstances, we may be able to ship your order using express service. If you require express shipping, please contact our team by phone 1-714-805-6320 or email us at: sales@revanel.com Additional charges will be applied for express shipping.




How do i apply Foundation?


we recommends applying foundation with your fingers, or use FOUNDATION BRUSH NO. 6. With your fingers: Dispense foundation onto the back of your hand for optimal freedom of movement. Dab it onto your face, starting in the center and working outwards. With a brush: Dispense foundation onto the back of your hand. Pick it up with the brush. Apply all over the face, starting in the center and working outwards.




How do i apply blush?


Select light shades to illuminate the complexion, and dark shades to structure the face. Apply light shades of blush with a brush to the tops of cheekbones, and apply dark shades to the hollow area below the cheekbones. This contouring effect will add depth to your makeup.




My item arrived damaged. What should I do?


We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. If the product is deemed defective Revanel will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at: sales@revanel.com




How do I cancel my order?


To serve you better, Revanel will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.




Do you offer free samples?


We do not offer free samples at this time.




Do you ship to PO Boxes?


Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, but you must choose the Standard shipping method. Selecting Upgraded or Express will delay processing and change your shipping method to Standard.




Why is a coupon code not working?


Coupon codes will not apply to discounted Revanel items , some collaboration items and non-Revanel products. Coupon codes have expiration dates.




I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?


Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.
